5 minutes respite for the planet ... Stained

February 1, 2007, in all France: Join the largest mobilization Citizens against Climate Change!

The Alliance for the Planet launches a simple call to all citizens, 5 minutes respite for the planet : Everyone should turn off his lights and watches the 1 February 2007 between 19h55 and 8:00 p.m. . It does not save electricity only 5 minutes that day, but to draw attention citizens, media and politicians about the waste of energy and urgency of taking action! 5 minutes respite for the planet : it does not take long, it costs nothing, but shows the Presidential candidates that climate change is a subject that must weigh in the political debate.

Why February 1? Because the next day out in Paris, the new report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) United Nations. This event will take place in France: do not miss this opportunity to shine spotlight on the urgency of the global climate situation.
