"The Institute for Entrepreneurial Mentoring (IME) is not a nth support structure for businesses. There is a specific target, so far insufficiently promoted in our country: SMEs with high growth potential .

The idea came to me from its inception a few months ago in Quebec, at a symposium of the Foundation Entrepreneurship on the business mentoring. Among them, the creators may be accompanied by experienced business executives.

Such sharing of experience between mentor and mentee based on an ethical commitment, caring and totally unselfish. Enthused, I imagined that we could effectively implement this system in our country. But with one difference: here, there is help, not the creators, already also well attended, but leaders of SMEs with high growth potential.

So I proposed this idea to Peter Simon, President of the CCIP and then worked with the team at EMI and partners to create this new service to entrepreneurs.
